Sam, the intern

A lot of you might have a vague idea of what I'm doing in New Zealand. The reason you don't know more is because it is confusing. I have a confusing job. I might have one of the coolest jobs on the planet.

In my bag

Lately, nearly everything I've purchased has been green. Take, for instance, this new day pack.

Goodbye trusty pack

This green Gap sling bag has been with me since I started college. I bought it on the way to college at Birch Run for $10, a pretty great deal if you ask me. It has been with me as my most trusted companion while I travel & now it is time to say goodbye. Why, you may ask, would I get rid of something I love so much?

Happy Mother's Day

Happy Mother's Day all you moms out there, especially my mom! Aaaaand Nana, Auntie M & Aunt Jill!

I am so excited to get to work on this blog, I should've just stayed here to begin with but had I not gone to try to find a better blog host, I would always wonder...

Anyway, here are some lovely flowers for Mother's Day:

Distant rumblings...

Are luring me back to the South Pacific, specifically New Zealand & Australia, to do my internship requirement. More info soon.
